Refunds and Returns


If any of the products you purchase are faulty or do not work, please contact us and we'll do all we can to assist you further to get the item exchanged or if required a refund can be issued. SPORTEC PTY LTD accepts returns for either refund or exchange for up to 30 days after the purchase date.


What is The Return Policy?

  • Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days from purchase date
  • The item(s) is in resaleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold)
  • If you receive item(s) that are faulty out of the box, damaged or does not match the description on our site, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to rectify the issue for you ASAP. Refund can be issued upon successful return of the item if desired
  • Prior to returning the item, you must contact support@sportgps.com.au and receive and RMA number and form to send back with your item. RMA number and form is compulsory for all items being returned so we have all records of the return.

What is The Return Process?

  • Simply contact us at support@sportgps.com.au to begin the returns process
  • Our products specialists will try and assist you rectify any problems you may have.
  • If a return is required we will send you the required RMA form to complete. Please complete the RMA form and send the item back to us with the completed form.
  • Once the item is returned, we will begin processing the claim for you within 2 days.



Receiving a Replacement or Exchange

All our items come with full manufacturer 12 month Warranty, your faulty item will be returned to the manufacturers repair/Warranty Support centre for processing. The manufacturer will diagnose the fault and correct the fault by either repairing or replacing the item. In most cases this process will take no longer than 10 working days.


Receiving a Refund (if applicable)

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or PayPal account. Please note card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time, This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we have no control over the banks process. Once we refund the order from our end you will get a notification which includes the transaction number so you know its been processed.
