We do all we can to ensure that all our orders arrive in record time. All our orders ship with either Australia Post (eParcel, Satchels or Boxes) or Express Courier services depending on the products ordered (whichever we feel will get to your destination faster or is allowable based on weight). Typically if we receive your order prior to 1pm AEST we try and ship your order same day its placed where possible. Once shipped our orders normally arrive within 1-3 business days (in most cases next business day to metro areas).
Please be aware that in some cases, particularly on higher volume orders we may require a signature on delivery for additional security (don't worry we don't charge any extra for this service unlike others). Certain products are not able to be shipped by air so we'll do our best to figure out which carrier to use to get your item to you within our required shipping deadlines.
Please be aware that bulky items in excess of 20kg would need to be shipped via courier as Australia Post have a 20kg limit to the parcels they will accept. For all items in excess of 20kg, we will use a suitable Express Courier service to ship the item to you (may require road transport). Regardless of the item, all order will still be dispatched using an Express Service. You will receive an email containing the tracking number and courier service used once the order has been shipped. Please allow an additional day transit for the delivery for bulky 20kg+ items
