Shipping & Delivery
We offer our customer the option of either Standard or EXPRESS Shipping via Australia Post. (Courier Option Available) SAME DAY shipping the order is placed. Shipping prices vary depending on your preferred method of choice. For current shipping prices please visit our shipping and deliveries page. Full tracking provided for each order so you know where your order is at any given time. We pride ourselves on Superior Customer Service and Satisfaction and for this reason we want to exceed your expectations and process and deliver your order in the quickest most efficient way. All orders received are duly processed on the day they are received and in 99% of cases are shipped on the same day the orders are received. We offer customers a members dashboard that they can monitor the progress of their orders and the ability to track the progress of the order by providing them a tracking number.

Returns & Replacements
We stand 100% behind the products we sell on our site and for that reason, if your ordered item fails to perform to manufacturers specifications, we would be more than happy refund your purchase or replace the item with an equivalent item. (Products must be returned in as new condition and include all accessories and box must not be damaged.) Items that are returned in used condition carry a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty does not cover any damage caused to the unit by improper use, customer neglect or customer damage, or repairs performed by an unauthorized technician. SportGPS Australia reserve the right to inspect and diagnose the returned unit at our authorized repair centre to determine if the Warranty is valid. Please understand that we cannot refund items if you simply change your mind. Store credit may be offered only if the item is returned in Brand New condition (thorough inspection by our staff to ensure fit for resale)

All products are covered by manufacturers warranty and if you have any issues with your purchase our support department is an email away to offer you with the best possible solution to the problem you may experience. For all returns, please send an email to support@sportgps.com.au . Once the request is received we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the item if required. Alternatively, where manufacturers take care of returns, we will provide you with the details on how to contact the manufacturer.
