We do all we can to ensure that all our orders arrive in record time. All our orders ship with either Australia Post eParcel (Express Post) or Fastway Express Couriers (whichever we feel will get to your destination faster). Typically if we receive your order prior to 2pm AEST we ship your order same day its placed. Once shipped our orders normally arrive within 1-3 business days (in most cases next business day).
Australia Post eParcel Express With Signature
Please be aware that in some cases, particularly on higher volume orders we may require a signature on delivery for additional security (don't worry we don't charge any extra for this service unlike others). Certain products are not able to be shipped by air so we'll do our best to figure out which carrier to use to get your item to you within our required Express deadlines.
All in stock items are shipped immediately and in most cases same business day they are received. We don't like waiting and rest assured we won't keep you waiting either. We like to be 100% completely transparent and for this reason, if for some reason an item is low on stock or backorder, you will receive a notification during checkout advising you. Backordered items may take an additional day to reach you as they would be shipped in most cases direct from the manufacturer or from us when they arrive next business day. We carry alot of stock so this shouldn't be a problem in most cases. But hey, since we are being honest we thought you should know upfront :). Having said that, you will also have to option of cancelling your order if you don't want to wait the extra day, so its a win win situation for our customers.
